Rattlesnake Island - Club Pheasant Inn

Engineering to address building rock foundation fissuring and settling. Designed 50 ft beam to support building's East Side - design required anchoring on one end and then pivoting under the building to anchor at the opposite end. Beam also supports a cantilevered observation deck.
